Payment Methods

You can pay for your fees at BROWNS using any of the following methods. Make sure you make the payment only after you receive your Letter of Offer from the school.

NexPay

BROWNS holds an account with NexPay. NexPay is an international student payment service which offers excellent savings on your currency conversions.

Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

Telegraphic Transfer or wire transfer refers to an electronic means of transferring funds abroad.
With this payment method, you will transfer your fees to our Australian bank account from a bank account in a different country.
We will require 2-5 business days to confirm your payment.
The payer will need to cover the bank fee.

Credit Card

If you choose this payment method, we will send you a Credit Card authorisation form along with your Letter of Offer.
The Credit Card owner must fill out this form and send it back to us dated and signed. After we process the payment, you will be notified about the status of the transaction.
We will require between 2-5 business days to confirm the payment.
Please note that a surcharge will apply.
  • Credit Card, Debit Card or EFTPOS (Visa/Master/AMEX): 2.00% Domestic Card
  • Credit Card, (Visa/Master/AMEX): 3.60% International Card
  • Union Pay International: 3.60%
  • Local Bank Transfer

    If you or your sponsor has an Australian bank account, you can transfer your fees to our Australian bank account.
    It usually takes 1 business day to confirm the payment.
    This method will not incur any surcharges.

    Cash

    For cash payment, please visit the reception desk at either of the following campuses during operating hours:
    Brisbane: Level 8, 102 Adelaide Street QLD 4000
    Gold Coast: 5 Hicks Street, Southport QLD 4215
    Melbourne: Level 3, 30 Church Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000
